New customer to purchase a plan

I am travelling to canada and want to purchase a plan. But i do not have a canadian credit card and the postal code cannot be american zip code. Is there a way to set up my account with an American credit card?

Visa Debit or MC Debit will also work

or you can buy prepaid credit card from store and then just use any Canadian address and postal code to activate (PM does not do address check)

Will canadian debit work? Or it must pay  a credit card?

you can get a re-loadable visa / debit from Canada Post then get Customer Support to assist in creating the account successfully.

@Sam23333 Unfortunately not, the credit card has to be Canadian and you need a credit card to set it up initially but going forward you can pay with vouchers purchased at local stores

Added this line found from a Public Mobile article: "While American credit cards that are already registered can continue to be used, new registrations of American cards are not supported."
