Hello @dunnroland , Welcome! To assist, can you tell me if you transferred your number to Public Mobile, or is this a new number? Is your phone an iPhone or Android? Are you able to make a test outbound call to another cell or landline, and if so, does your number show on Call Display?

Did you try to bring your old number to here? If so did you leave the old sim in a phone to confirm the transfer? Is that your old voicemail greeting? How long ago did you do all this?
