New customer expired plan

Hi there, I recently arrived in Canada and decided to go with a Public Mobile. I got a sim card and a $40/4GB plan at Walmart, where the clerk at a mobile stand took my information and activated the sim card for me. I purchased a $43 voucher as well.  However, my phone does not seem to connect to the service. I have registered for self-service account and I can see that it says that my plan is expired even though I have a current balance available. I have tried reactivating my plan, but that did not work as well. I also tried changing my plans and putting my credit card numbers, but that doesn't work either.

How can I get it fixed?

Thanks

Thanks for the reply,

I believe that this plan is still valid since its listed on the front page of the website and I just subcribed for it yesterday at Walmart. Its the current 40 dollars for 4gb of data, unlimited Canada minutes and texts plan. IMEI checker says that my phone should work on public mobile, but if it matters its Samsung S9. I tried calling from my phone, but I get the message that my current plan is expired and I have to contact Public Mobile.

Thanks again

Yes contact the Moderators.  The plan was changed yesterday and is now 4.5gb for $40 I am wondering if your activation was going on when they were doing changes and that has created the issue

Your plan is probably saying expired because that Promo is no longer offered.  What type of phone are you using and are you positive it works on the PM network? Check it out at www.willmyphonework.net If you are sure that it does you will need to contact the Moderators to have them look into your issue.

    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
