How do you set up set serve? I never received a text message with a six digit code. Got a four digit pin # only

To set up self service account on Public Mobile, go to their website . Click on my account. On the right hand side of the next page which pops up once you click on my account , you will see create an account. All you need is your Public Mobile cell number and an active email account. Once this is entered you are good to go with your self serve account.

Did you activate in store or online at home? If in store, you will need to set up self service account. If online at home, you should have set it up when completing the activation page.
