Is there any way to add a referral code to my new activation account after payment?
I pasted the code but did not click "add" and as a result the promo was not applied.

Public mobile prefer customer to try to submit a ticket for CSA help. Overall faster response. Click on the chat icon on the right lower corner of website and follow prompts to submit ticket.
Or Send a ticket via the chatbot to customer service agent (CSA) via link:
