Tried to set up new activation the money was taken fr my visa card but it did not allow me to go ahead with a new activation for my 39.00 plan and 5.00 esim but my money is gone fr my visa card total 50.60

did you use the PM app? you don't need to pay again. The part with Public Mobile app will allow you to pick the phone number and then complete the activation
if you were using the browser , you need to use PM app for part 2 of the activation process

Yes and it took the payment and i got an error message try again and i am not payin again it took my money already

Did you download the Public mobile app to finish off the activation of eSIM and new plan?
Did you receive an email from Public mobile with a QR code for eSIM?
