Cancelling subscription

Received Sim card, do not wish to activate it, want to cancel everything.  Having trouble creating claim ticket.

PM is a prepaid provider and usually do not provide refund.  However, since your account is not fully activated yet, there is a chance.  Please engage PM support and work with them on a resolution.  Message them here:
