I am currently with Koodo I have activated new number with public mobile.
Now I need to port my number from Koodo to public what should I do as I didn't see the option on self service

If you are postpaid you could have just skipped the new number and did a direct port but if you have already selected a new number then follow the steps above to do the port. make sure you have old sim in phone and old account is in good standing

If Koodo prepaid then click on the chatbot on the bottom and contact the support people.
If Koodo postpaid then log in and use the change number to start the transfer. Leave the old sim in to confirm the transfer.
