I need another SIM for my daughter, which I want to order, but the delivery address I put shows an invalid address. I changed my home three months ago and tried to change the address in my profile, but it showed an invalid address. How do I change it? My new address is
xx-xx xxxxxx, Cambridge, Ontario, N3C 4A3

Just login to your account and go to the Profile section. There you can click on the pencil icon and change.

I just tried entering your address in the PM My account and I was able to find your address. You should be able to do it yourself.
If still having issues, you can contact CSA.

The address database finder can be incorrect especially for newer locations. You can contact customer service agent to change the address.

However, as mentioned, you may want to get from other sources like Amazon since faster delivery.
Or if your daughter phone is eSIM compatible, you can get eSIM instead.

The address works here. Type in up to the street name without the street type and then wait and let it auto-complete in the pop out box and then click on the item in the list.
