New SIM card does not activate

Hi,

I just purchased a new SIM card with a new plan and phone number. After going through the activation in the app and getting the "subscription is now active" email, I tried to login on the app and I'm being asked for the 2FA code being send as a text. The problem is that I can't receive any calls or texts because the SIM hasn't activated yet. When I try to make a call, I hear "7B1 Your phone is not activated on the network". How can I activate the SIM card?

A support agent had to reset something on the network and it now works. thanks everyone for your help!

Reboot phone followed by a Network Reset in Settings.

no worry, it is just a sim card provision issue, easy fix for PM support.  Just submit ticket as advised above

Yes I've tried rebooting the phone too but still experiencing the issue. I can't seem to get it to send an email instead. I will open a ticket. thank you

@yess  Have you rebooted the phone ? Try tapping resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you
