I just changed my SIM card and now I can’t make or receive calls even though it’s part of my plan. I can text though. Help

If you went from a PM SIM to a PM SIM, just double check your self-serve and see if your new SIM is reflected on your account (Click Change SIM button, it will show the tail of your currently active SIM). If it matches your new SIM, then you will need Mod support for that if it doesn't auto-clear on its own.
If you went from another company SIM to a PM SIM, your phone might be locked to your old network. You will need to contact your old network and have them unlock your phone (it's free, don't let them try to charge you).

@Llyr, when you say you changed the SIM card, I assume you went into your self serve account and used the change SIM card feature. If the new SIM card is registered in your account, your old SIM card will stop working at the same time the new SIM card starts to work. After the SIM card change, be sure to reboot the phone.
