New SIM Activated at WOW Store - Not working :(

Hi I just signed up for a new conenction. It looks like the SIM card is not activated. I tried using the SIM card on multiple phones and still
an issue. When i checked the IMEI checker, the message was that my phone is supported. The phone i am using is
Doogee S55
Iphone 4s
Iphone 7
All phones are unlocked. Please help as i need to hand over this phone to my kids.

With the sim inside the phone, do you see your telephone # under settings?
The quickest way to resolve the issue may be to visit the same Wow kiosk and ask for assistance or a new sim card.

you could try going back to wow and they might have access to an activation call center, but not sure if it is time sensitive. the only thing you can really do is to message teh mods with any details you have. sim number etc... they are 24-48 hour reply time.
How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

- PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
