password parameters

What are the password parameters for accounts.  I cant get into my account and the reset password doesnt work.  But i think i can figure out what my password was if i know what the parameters are.

From my change password page:

Set up a password that is easy for you to remember, but difficult for others to guess. Try a combination of numbers, symbols and both upper and lower case letters.

• It must contain a minimum of 6 characters, including at least one digit.
• No spaces are allowed.
• It cannot be similar to your username, email or security question/answer.
