What are the password parameters for accounts. I cant get into my account and the reset password doesnt work. But i think i can figure out what my password was if i know what the parameters are.

Ive tried multiple passwords and am now locked out of my account. Ive tried the reset password several times and have yet to receive an email.

Im asking what the password parameters are not how to reset the password. I know the feature is broken.
