Hi,
I subscribed to Public Mobile 3 days ago. My texts and data are working but phone calls are not. I’ve followed all of the suggested troubleshooting including resets, APN, SIM refresh, my iPhone 14 is unlocked. I’m from Australia but I’ve changed my Apple Store location to Canada.
Please help!

check if you still have your Australia sim card or esim, remove it and/or disable it. Then try Reset network settings once more and then check if PM esim is set as Primary

APN is only for data, and iPhone does not really need to update APN, everything is taken care by Carrier Profile
make sure you have remove the other sim card if it is physical, or if disable the other sim if it is an esim
and check and make sure Public Mobile sim is set as Primary and set to use the calls and text and data
