I am trying to change my plan to the new 4G. But I can't do it since in my account I don't have access to those plans.

@Alexbellato Please recheck if you can access the 4G plans. Small tweak made, should be able to access and change.

I'm having a similar problem. Under 'plans' it seems like I only have access to two plans and they are worse than what I currently have. Maybe on my month-end the others will show up. You could have a look on the month-end date to see what plans are available. Also, make sure your phone is capable of 4G. I don't know when you bought it, but some older ones can't do 4G. Good luck!
