Hello,
for some reason it won’t let me update my payment information.
When I input my new card number it says something like “sorry we’re not able to process that, try again later”. Been getting that message for a week or two.
likely just a technical issue and I’m waiting on a ticket response but has anyone seen/solved this?

Unfortunately, a few customers are still having issues with updating credit card information.
Here is some more information:
The website is finicky. You can also try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Maybe try a different credit card if possible.
