Just set up my public mobile account and using a Motorola phone, can`t call out

May be a porting issue? If you did port was it a postpaid or prepaid account?

Hi @normbirch Do you have another phone to test the SIM card? Maybe SIM wasn't setup in the system properly. Test it on another phone first.

Did you pick a new number or port your old number over to PM?
Try rebooting your phone and see if that works.

Which specific model is the phone? Can you text both directions? Use data for the internet (not wifi)?
