Hi everyone,
I'm new to Public Mobile! I just activated my Sim card and am waiting for my phone number to be ported over. I am having trouble with the current promo.
When I made the purchase online, I selected the $39/month plan, wanting the 90 day subscription plan for $34/month, but it wasn't available to be selected. Completing the process, and now looking at the app, I see that I would have to change my plan in order to have the 90-day subscription promo. How do I get the promo without losing out on the $39+tax I already paid? I tried submitting a ticket to speak to a customer service representative, but no replies yet.. Sorry if the answer is obvious! I'm getting frustrated trying to fix this. The promo apparently ends today. Thank you for all the help!

@Dandelions pM is pre paid and no refunds why it’s best to change on renewal . But even if you go 90 day you have to pay $102 upfront with 60GB for 90 days . So hopefully support will change you to the plan Right away and you just pay the difference of $63 instead

@Handy1 Thank you for your reply! I saw that I could renew with next subscription, but I wasn't sure if the promo would still be effective.. Someone has since messaged back to me to change the plan, but I'm still waiting on clarification on whether I would receive a credit or refund for the $39+tax I already have charged to my card.

@Dandelions You can go back into your account and change to it for next renewal or ask support since you jus joined to help you
