We are porting 3 numbers that were under one Telus Mobility account. I started with my wife's number, the transfer went easy and quick. Are we able to port the other 2 numbers onto her account? I used my email when I set up her account, thinking with my Telus mobility brain that all accounts will be tied under one email. Hoping things aren't about to get convoluted 🙂 Any guidance would be appreciated.

Perfect @swisscheese  👊

Users have also found greater success when activating using a desktop or laptop device, versus mobile.  However,  whatever has worked for you should be the device you continue to use for the other activations.

We used our daughters referral code to transfer the first line and will use our own for the other two lines. We have a Gmail account so will use aliases for registering the other two accounts. I will notify the credit card company about the multiple payments to PM.

Thanks for all the replies!

All 3 numbers were under one name/account  that was paid monthly.

Are you sure that each of the 3 Telus numbers don't have their each and own account number?

@swisscheese  Each account needs its own email it will need to be 3 separate accounts and be sure to use you referral code from first line for the other two lines to save the last 2 $10 and the first one $2 / 2 points each month

They are about to become convoluted, @swisscheese

You will need a separate email and a separate SIM card for each service.

If you’re going to use the same payment card on all three services, it may be best to stagger the payment from the third account by one day as the credit card may think it’s being fraudulently used if all three renewals occur on the same date.

Once you create the first account, use the referral code from it (on the self serve landing page) to activate the other two accounts.

This way the savings all stay within the family of accounts.

@swisscheese

each new account needs a unique email address....but with gmail, you can use alias.

Each new account needs a new sim.

You can use same credit card for each autopay...but maybe schedule a day apart to prevent suspecting fraud.

Each account with Public Mobile can have only one number associated with it. You will have to create 2 other email accounts to port the 2 remaining numbers.
