I'm trying to get into my account to change payment option and it ask to send code to my email which I do not receive.

The 2FA code will only be sent by email because your account is suspended for nonpayment. To have the 2FA code sent by text, you will need to activate your account by making a voucher purchase and dial 611 and enter the voucher number.

Vouchers can be purchased from these locations:

Or try accessing your account and have the 2FA code sent to your email address again. There could be a glitch in the website system.

Postpaid providers will give you some grace time. Prepaid not so much. But postpaid could affect your credit score if you're late paying. Prepaid has no interest in your credit.

So you have the sim...then you must be suspended or "cancelled" as you say. So yes it needs to send to your email which may also need a text for verification.

I think easier to go to Rogers, will not be cancelled there.

i did not loose the sim, I changed my debit card and trying to get in to change that but it says need to send code to email and I did not receive it.

Have you lost the sim? Account suspended? If not either then use the SMS option as mentioned.

You sure you got the correct email address?  If you have more than one, put all the possible email addresses and see which one get it

 

if nothing works, PM support will be your friend then, please open ticket with them
