Hi, I activated my phone yesterday and can make calls but cannot receive any inbound calls. Could you refresh my network?

Your old SIM will continue to work until porting is completed…this may take up to 2 hours.
Remember to power off the phone before swapping the SIM cards then power the phone back on.

@Estherj If you just ported your number into PM and haven’t tried rebooting the phone as already advised , there’s a Telus porting team to call that can help , I’ll send you it private message

@Estherj Suggest a couple of things. Reboot your phone just to refresh the settings. What happens when you call your # from another phone? Do you get any message? Did you port # from another carrier or is this a new number?

as part of your activation process...did you port your old phone number in to PM ?

Also, I received and replied YES to the text asking if I want to port my number already.
