Hi, I'm trying to open a new account with Public mobile. I hit the "transfer number" button, and IMMEDIATELY my old service stopped working (whatever), but now I can't log into my Public Mobile account.
When I try to login (phone or computer) it says "A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to phone number <my number>. We will need you to confirm this number." It looks like they want me to recieve a 2FA code but I'm not going to be able to do that with a phone number until I have a working phone.
Is there any way I can get into my account and at least, like, see what the status of the transfer is or maybe debug this somehow?

It looks like that might have been it! I'm getting text messages now!

Thanks, I seen now what you mean. I tried sending them a message, not sure how long it would take for them to reply.

PM is an online service so everything is done through private messaging.
Try rebooting your phone by powering off then back on to see if that connects.

How do I do that? There is a chatbot link, but it seems to be just a simple tree, no option to speak to a human.

That doesn't work -- it keeps sending codes to my phone number

Just hit Resend Code and have the 2FA code sent by email, call or text to access your account.
