When ordering a SIM card with Public Mobile it normally get sent regular letter post. So you are dependant on regular mail delivery, which could take an average of 3 weeks for delivery.
I ordered a SIM last month and it came via ExpressPost Expedited in 2 days. No tracking number was provided in the confirmation email.
Regular letter mail from Toronto to BC or east coast is 5 business days. So I'm not sure where 3 weeks comes from.

@nathhh_hh : There's no scam going on here. Just really crappy shipping. Why ever on earth would a carrier want to be so abysmal at getting a prospective customer going as quickly as possible without delay?
But then I'm the type to go to a store to buy stuff. Online is generally my last resort if I simply can't find what I want in a store. I really hate waiting for the shipment. If I want it...I want it now.

This place is a low key scam

Well that annoying.....that is certainly one thing about pm that they fail on miserably. I mean really how hard is it to mail a letter? CCS has there system down pat 5 business days or less via Canada post.
Contact the moderators and just get a straight up refund or a credit when you activate and they send you a free sim card but don't wait for it go out and purchase from a local retailer, $5 at amazon with free delivery if you have prime, $4.99 at CCS or free with an activation bundle or if you have the pc optimum app check if you got this weeks offer for TMS spend $50 get 25,000 points ($25) so 5 sim cards come out to $50 -$25 in points =$5 each. You may even be able to spend points and still get the deal.

Today makes it three weeks and I haven’t received the SIM cards

I can back up @esjliv endorsement of CCS and I have also bought pm vouchers and ordered an activation bundle from them. Currently the best discount is on the $50 plan w/40% discount off the first month ahd a free sim card however you cannot use the 2GBBONUS promocode as its considered an "in-store" activation.
If you have amazon prime pm sim cards are currently $5+tax.

As mentioned above, due to Covid issues, shipping times are much longer than usual

If you really need a SIM card immediately, you could purchase on Amazon with prime shipping for $5 (sale price), in store vendors (like London drugs, Walmart, Mobile shop, Wow mobile, some authorized Koodo dealers). You could use the PM ordered SIM card as a spare one or for a future friend referral.

It actually says in this help article if after 10 days contact Moderators.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/get-a-sim-card
So if you can see anything on Canada Post, I would go ahead and submit a ticket to PM.
If you are in the area of any of these locations to obtain a SIM, than you could pick up one here:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/store-locator
Then, keep the one from Public Mobile being mailed as a spare OR, use it for a referring a friend.
Also, these guys sell SIMs currently fo $4.99: https://canadiancellsupplies.com/collections/sim-cards/products/public-sim-card
Their website looks sketchy, but I have used them a few times, so they are good and legit. 🙂

Hello @nathhh_hh
When ordering a SIM card with Public Mobile it normally get sent regular letter post. So you are dependant on regular mail delivery, which could take an average of 3 weeks for delivery.
You could try entering your order number here, and see if you can track it.
https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home
But likely does not have a tracking number, if went regular post.
If it gets longer than 3 weeks (i know that seems long...hopefully, it is sooner), that is when I would recommend you contact Public Mobile Moderators: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator
