I live in rural southern Alberta.  My service is so bad that I have to walk out of my house and down the street to make phone calls.  This has been happening for a few months.  Who do I contact to solve this problem?

@Darcie1 it's possible that there is an outage where you are. The map below will show you that information.

Very strange, i have seen them post about having outages and they are working on a fix, but i thought most was fixed or at least improved by now.  

Have you tested this with another device? to rule out the possibility of it being a hardware issue with your phone.

The service was always good, so it's odd that the coverage would change.

@Darcie1 , you might want to look at this cell tower map which will give you more granularity than the coverage map.  Bottom line is that if you are too far away from the nearest tower, coverage may be compromised.  There is not much you can do.
