We switched the services after we got charged for 2 days. We should have some refund for the services charge but we still have not had anything back to us yet. We switched our services back in Jan. 2024. Can we get a refund for the remaining services we did not use?

They may not, but you can ask for a partial refund for the service you didnt use. I have done it before when switching plans mid cycle. They dont "have" to do it, but if you ask nicely they may refund the pro-rated days you didnt use as a goodwill gesture. you can try messaging an agent here:

sorry @nanyi , PM is a prepaid provider and do not provide partial refund for early plan change or early cancellation
