Family of 4 all on Public Mobile, Thunder Bay, Ontario.  All of our phones are down this morning.

 

 2 Android users get "Hi Public Mobile here, sorry your call cannot be completed as dialed, please check your number and try again"

 

2 Apple users get message stating that the call cannot be completed because they don't have a US roaming add on.  We are not in the US.

 

Is there a known issue in the area?

See is anybody else with PM account has issues.

If you have land line try to call one of your phones to see where call goes.

According to Telus outage page https://www.telus.com/en/ab/outages, there is problem with Mobile - Voicemail on the Western province but no indication about Thunder Bay

 

But the "US roaming add-on" message has been a glitch in the last week, this is something PM can fix but you will  need to open ticket to engage them. 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account): click this  Chatbot Ticket Link 

Then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" to open the ticket submission page
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
