Network Not Available. New Sim card activation

Hi,

Need help. Activated new plan with new sim card, but new Sim card showing Network: Not available. 

Tried using 3 different phones and the same thing as well. I am unable to login to my account on Eversafe ID due to unable to confirm full access (as I cant received the 6 digit code associated with the new number)

Please help. Thank you.

No luck sir. This is the initial login to My Account and it wants to confirm full acess by 6 digit code from the associated number of my Eversafe ID. Appreciate the help though!

Do I need to change my new sim card number? Do you think the new number that I choose from sign up is the problem? Thanks again.

Click on resend code a few times till 3 options come up. 

Hi @Uriah  did you login My Account and make a proper change of sim card number yet?  

if not, or if you are unable to login to make the change, you can do it easier by submit ticket with CS agent and let them update the sim card number for you

Click the Confirm full acess. Next page shows this:

It wants the code from the associated number of the new sim card. But the problem the new sim card is showing no available network (tried with 3 different phones), so I am unable to get the code from text. And there is no option to send security code through email. 

OK. Confirm your full access. Keep going....

I finish the sign up process. I am unable to get the 6 digit code due to No network for the new sim card with the associated number.

Hi @Uriah  the sim card was not setup properly on the system side
