I’m not sure what to do. My wife and I have been with public mobile for a couple years and we just updated our plans. The payment went through and the new plans are active, but both of us don’t have service. We cannot make phone calls, text, or use our plans internet.
I also cannot submit a ticket. It just keep coming up with a 404 error page. How to I get help from public mobile if I cannot submit a ticket?

multiple users reported the same data issue after plan change. Please submit ticket with CS agent and they can reset the account

Yes, Since 2017, just changed over to $34 for 20Gig and it renewed last night and I was charged. Just no data

It sounds like there could be an outage in your area. Check the outage map to confirm:

If it is not an outage, just private message a CS_Agent by clicking on your avatar top right then Messages and click on the pen/paper icon.
