Netherland Antilles - St. Marten - plan coverage?

Hi! We have some family in St. Marten (North American area code 721) that we need to talk to. The US plan which I have does not cover this (obviously) - does anyone know if an international add-on plan would cover it? The FAQ shows that it covers the Netherlands but I have no idea if that's just mainland Europe or the islands. I would hate to buy the add-on on just have it useless. Also potentially country code 599 (also the Antilles just not the island of St. marten)

Any help would be appreciated!

FWIW, the solution for something like this is a VOIP app that allows landline calls like Boss revolution or similar. Thanks for the help folks.

of course, but some voip apps like Whatsapp don't allow landline was my point.

to call St Maarten from Canada, Public Mobile offers an International calling add-on for $15. You'll be able to call the French and the Netherlands side....

Public Mobile doesn't have any restrictions on specifically calling landlines.  The question is whether Sint Maarten can be called.

sorry, PM has no roaming coverage there .  PM has roaming only in  US anf Mex

you need to use travel esim or local sim

@slidebite  No sorry public mobile only has roaming in the U.S. and MEX . International add on mins is just for calling abroad from CAN , or the U.S. and MEX if you happen to have a CAN /US/MEX plan 

adding @slidebite  if your in the Netherlands your best to get local pre paid SIM card or buy travel eSIM like airilo for your trip away
