Hi can I request a refund?

I paid last Januuary 22, 2026 for 33.90 Cad and  I paid another January 24, 2026 22.60 cad 

and i cancel the plan last Feb 4 2026. I used only for 13 days. 

There are chance can i get some refund? thanks

hi @CSA_PM OP already opened ticket and someone replied.  Don't you think it is more  helpful to find the message and reply OP instead of posting how to open a trackable ticket?  We can do that for OP and you don't need to do that here

first, we are just customers here, we cannot help with refund request

but look like you already got a reply from CS_agent.  You need to go back to your inbox and reply CS_agent instead and work with them for a resolution.

Unfortunately, PM is a prepaid service so there are no refunds like postpaid service but you might receive a refund for the second charge depending on what plan you signed up for.

Please I need to get the a refund for SECOND CHARGE

Understood...but with Public Mobile the philosophy is no refunds or pro-rated plan costs. You prepay for service but if you opt to cancel...you're not getting any refund. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
