Once you have ported out that closes your account and should shut everything down. Are you still being charged? If so you will need to raise a trouble ticket through the chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

You're not supposed to need to do this because porting out closes the account. If you want to make sure, contact the moderators by sending a private message. Private Messages - Community (publicmobile.ca)
