Needing a refund

I was charged 3 times in one day. I went to go renew my subscription because it ran out, I couldn’t text or make , nor used data. So I go to make a payment but decided to change my subscription since my subscription was expired, but it didn’t work, so it promt up the price of my expired subscription so I just ended paying for my subscription, and than I got another promt up amount, that I paid for thinking that my first payment didn’t go through so I push to make a payment now button , and that another one came up for $5, so after thinking I only made 1 payment I looked at my bank statement only to realize that I made 3 payment so can I get a refund?
