@BMASTERS - do you both have access and have registered for self serve accounts before?

If not you can register for them here if your accounts are in Active status:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

 

Once in Self Serve, navigate to the Payment TAB and see the bottom, left corner of this page:

If either of your accounts are in suspended /nopayment status (and have not registered for a self serve yet), you could reactivate the account by using vouchers/these methods:

Then you can register for your account, when in active status.

HI @BMASTERS   I think simply use Replace this credit card option is better than Remove the card and re-add the card after.  There usually more failure if you remove then re-add.  I think if you go with Remove and re-add, you should wait a bit in between the 2 actions

  • @BMASTERS The best thing is to go into self serve in payment,manage card remove old card and start new if you replace, it has a tendency to mess up
