Public Mobile is an online service. If it's been over 89 days, your account is closed for good. You'd need to sign up again. If it's below 89 days, you need to log on to your account if you set one up and add a credit card to start back up again. If not, you can always go to Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a voucher.
Sure you can go straight to a CS Agent like the others suggested however, this is what PM is all about. Self Service. It's not hard to do nor is it rocket science. 😋

PM is an online service so no one will contact you.
You need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging at:

If you haven’t kept up with your monthly payment longer than 90 days then your account is closed and can’t reactivate your account.
When was your last payment?

Hi @Sheheryar
You can reactivate your account by dialing 611 and paying.
If it has been more than 90 days, then you are going to have to create a new account because your current account is deactivated.
Alternatively, you can also private message an agent using the following link
Monitor the envelope icon on the top right since that is where you will get the notification.
