ESim and Alternate phone number

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get a second phone number and having trouble.

I want to use my current phone number for personal contact and a new number for business.

I bought an eSim with Public Mobile but I'm unsure how to activate it, the app didn't show me the numbers I can choose for my eSim.

When I check "My profile", under "Account Info", I can see the option for "Alternate Phone Number". I clicked on the option, and it allowed me to fill in any number I wanted.

I'm not sure if I can use the Alternate phone number as my second number. I don't know how to set up the eSim as well.

@TranMinhThao Contact customer service at the link below. Explain what you are trying to do and that you inadvertently bought esim on current account instead of waiting to set up new one. Hopefully they can help you out.

@TranMinhThao Set up a second account first, then do your set up with esim through that.

Yes, you can have two phone numbers with different accounts. You can let us know about your device and we will let you know if it can support 2 SIMs.

@TranMinhThao As long as your phone supports 2 sims, you sure can have 2 numbers from PM on it. You just need 2 different accounts to make it happen.

@TranMinhThao You cannot set up 2 numbers under one account. You will need to set up a second distinct account with a different email address. Then under the new account in the app, continue activation. Alternate number on your current account isn't for a 2nd line.
