Hi there - I was wondering what the process is to cancel service? Thank you

contact support team by private message CS_Agent  to remove your credit card if you have in..

 

but if you need your number to transfer out your account have be Active to do that, you will receive SMS and authorize the request. responded to this message SMS reply YES

 

if no need your phone number and not have any credit card on autopayment in your account

then 

  • After 90 days of non-payment, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
  • Lose access to your phone number, and won’t be able to transfer it to a new provider in the future.
  • Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.

Instead of asking support to remove the card, use an empty Visa gift card. It can't help but fail. I can give you the card info if you like.

- Port out your phone number - service/account is deleted immediately.

- Remove autopay and ask agent to remove credit card info from your account. On next renewal your account will be suspended due to no pay and after 90 days deleted, number will be lost.

- Click on lost/stolen phone. That suspends account immediately.

You would only need to stop paying.  Remember to disabled pre-authorized payments. After the account has been in suspension for 90 days, the account will be closed.
