Have lost Sim. Not registered on self serve and autopsy was setup by salesperson at public mobile kiosk when Sim was purchased. No current way to cancel autopay

If you don't have a balance then when it suspends don't let it stay suspended more than 90 days.

Hi @Ralphdesa1 open ticket with CS Agent to get your login setup or ask them to disable Autopay for you and put the phone in Lost/Stolen status. They usually reply quick. You can get this sort out in 2 or 3 hours if you open ticket now

Two other ways: 1. if you know your 4 digit account pin then you can call 1-855-4pu-blic and select the option to turn off autopay. 2. Call that number and get your renewal date. The evening before that day, log in to your credit card and put it on hold or pause overnight until about noon eastern. Then unpause it and carry on.
Then contact the support people to set up your self-serve account.
