This is the error message that I get. How can I fix this? I am flying to USA in the morning.

The self serve account portal is down for maintenance. Expect this to occur on a regular basis for the near future while the IT department fixes all the bugs with the new design of our accounts. Unfortunately the 611/IVR system is usually down at the same time. Expect the self serve account/611 system to back up by 6am to 7am eastern. Customer support opens at 6am eastern.
Manual top up payments from your registered payment card and all US Roaming Add ons can be purchased thru 611 or calling 1 855 4PUBLIC and entering your 10 digit phone number. You must enter your 4 digit account pin # to top up and/or purchase add ons thru this service. (You can now reset your 4 digit account pin # in your self serve account in your profile settings.)

You can't fix it we are at the mercy of these ppl and they are in zero rush to get it back up

You can also manage your account by dialing 611. At least while you're in Canada, maybe not in USA. You'll need to have available funds in your account balance or a payment voucher or a valid credit card if you want to purchase the add-on immediately.

Yes website is down until tomorrow morning so try login after 6:00am and select how you want the 2FA verification code sent to you...by email ot text.
Better to get it tomorrow because the US Roaming is for 240 hours once you make the 2 step purchase...add finds in your account and then make the purchase.
You can do this at the airport or hotel.
