I paid and was told my phone was compatible for an eSIM only to be told AFTER payment that my phone isn’t compatible. I have moved forwards with a new company and need a refund for the $40 I spent wasting my time.

When I go to app to register for e sim it keeps saying to download the app . I am on the app when it says this . The QR code goes to a dead end also

actually, the no esim error could be just a system glitch. Check with PM first and they might be able to send you a eSIM QR code to install
