Need physical SIM card for accnt ####

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

For my number ###+###-#### . The phone I registered on line using a eSimcard is no longer available. My other phone that I will use is an Iphone 7 and doesn't take "e sim card". I need a physical SIM card with the same number ###+###-#### . Where to get it and how to attach the phome number it?

once you have SIM card in hand log into your account profile page and sim swap the number like this

This can be done on the app also , but if you cannot log into your account as support to sim swap it for you and you will keep your same number and plan , no worries 

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent

Buy a PM physical sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klinik stores or via Amazon:

Then message support agent and ask them to help to update your account with the new sim card:
