How can I get a physical SIM card for 647xxxxxx. Activated with eSIM but it’s deleted

Well, you can either order it online or purchase it in nereast telus service store. I suggest to going online to order feom your public mobile account. It just cost you like $10-15.

Since it appears you have a GTA phone # if you need a physical Public Mobile sim card (especially if your esim was deleted before you verified your online account via SMS text only) then you can always try Canadian Cell Supplies. 

You can purchase in person at their Mississauga location (not sure if they still have their North York store) or order online. Shipping via Canada Post is currently free and only 2 maybe 3 days at most in the GTA. Public Mobile sim cards are currently on sale for $4+tax.

you can actually quickly get another esim.  Just login the App and go to Account page and Purchase sim card and choose esim

if you really want physical sim, you have to buy the Public Mobile sim card  from Telus or Koodo store or order from Amazon.  After you get the new sim card, login My Account and go to Profile page and update sim card there
