Hi,
I recently switched providers from Public Mobile to Telus a few months back and am filing my business taxes. I'm unable to login to my public mobile account (says not found when i used my email address as the username), but I was able to log in here to the community.
Will wait for a moderator to reply or PM me and will give the account info I am looking to retrieve. Thx

@al77 your public mobile account automatically closed when you ported your number out to telus. try calling Telus, maybe they can provide you with the info you're looking for since public is a part of the Telus family

Submit a ticket by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right.
Include the following. It will take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
Include the following info:
First name:
Last name:
Street address:
Suite/Apartment (if applicable):
City:
Province:
Postal Code:
Customer phone number
Account #
Email address (if possible):
Requested Month / Period
Amount paid

Self serve account and community forums are different that is why you were able to log in here. When you port your number to another company the account is closed.
You will have to contact moderators to see if they can do anything for you.
