How come I can't do something as simple as pay my bill? I need my phone!!
I don't get why I can't pay my bill to activate my phone. Now I need to wait for someone to come on the community?
This is ridiculous! I just want to pay!!!!

Problem is that public mobile can't help with updating credit card information due to privacy. They will just say the same things we are and send them right back here! They know it's a hit or miss.

A lot of people have issues with updating their credit card info. It's the system. The advice usually given are:
Wait 1 hour and try again.
Clear cache, Use a different browser, Ingonito mode
if none of these work, purchase Public Mobile Vouchers from places such as gas stations and load until you are able to update credit card info.
Try to use ingonto mode and use this link. See of it will work.
If it doesn't, don't try again today.
Too add funds now.

if you like to wait and rather PM helps to fix your problem, then open ticket. You can use the orange chatbot icon on the lower right, type Submit ticket and choose Contact Us and then open ticket

can't you login to My Account? or tried the app?
what error you got?
if you need to pay quick, you can try buying voucher and load using *611
