How come I can't do something as simple as pay my bill? I need my phone!!I don't get why I can't pay my bill to activate my phone. Now I need to wait for someone to come on the community?This is ridiculous! I just want to pay!!!!

Yeah ok, I'll stand on one leg, face east, under a crescent moon. Maybe that'll help too lol. Thanks for trying, but nope. Not great service for this.

I mean I used both apps to pay my bill, and neither work. Just keeps saying will not process, or try later.
