CS_Agent is not helpful what should I do, only need the self-serve account login so I can put a new sim?

@miyazada    Only CS_agent can help you reset your password to get access to your account.  What did the agent say as it sounds like you've submitted a ticket and got a response?

Can’t login to my self serve account /phone lost - CS_Agent not helpful!!

Nothing is working in here!! How does this work!! Why we don’t have over the phone help. 

Morre info please...are you trying to activate a new account or has you current account given you problems.

You tried Forgot Password? or you cannot reset the password as your phone is lost and you cannot get into your email?

 

You can open a ticket with PM CS agent to get the credentials reset.  If you cannot get into the email , open a temp. email first, you can ask PM agent to change the email to the temp email for now

 


To open a ticket with PM Support. Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  4. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

But the idea for Community is for everyone to ask here and we might be able to help

@miyazada   You can first rest the My Account login as advised.

 

Also, try your luck with Findmyphone service , assuming you had everything setup:
