Can you tell us if you just ported over to PM or activate the SIM today?
Was the phone working before?

Have phone calls worked before using this phone on Public Mobile? If not, which phone model do you have? Public Mobile requires that the device has compatibility with UMTS band 2 and 5 for voice calls.

@Trisha1985 are you on $15 plan? Any chance you used up all the outgoing minutes?
can you receive incoming calls?
If you are on $15 plan, Login to My Account and confirm if you still have outgoing min.
