Need help

Good day all, 

I'm in Calgary, Alberta and noticed on my Public mobile app that 50% of the plans are gone ? Their is like 4 to choose from now? 

Anyone else experienced this ? Their is one plan in 4G and 3 plans in 5g

That is not necessarily true. I am on a Can-US-Mex $35 plan. In addition to higher priced plans showing on my “Change Subscription”, I am given the option to change a couple of lower-priced plans – a Canada-US $30 plan and an unlimited data $34 Canada-only plan. According to what others in this Community have experienced, if someone changes to a lower priced plan, they can be offered an even lower priced option the next time they check.

I in ON can see 10 different plans available to me. Mind you, I have cheapest plan thus most likely more plans are available to me then if you are on mid or high plan. PM stopped offering downgrading plans so most likely you will see only more expensive plans...

PM is using targeted marketing for plans upgrade/downgrade.  The plans available to change will be different for different accounts.  Also, check often as you will see new plans and of course some old offers will go away too

Hey @Bluejays77 

What you can do is this. Pull the screen down, as it will refresh the screen. Another option if you have Android is to go into the App section, find the PM app and clear the cache and reboot the phone. Log back in and see if anything shows up. Only plans above the plan price point you're on now will show up. And if you're on an iPhone, delete the app, reboot and redownload it and log back in. Once again, only plans with prices higher than yours show up. So say you're on a $34 plan... only plans more than that will show up. Nothing under $34
