First time trying to go with public mobile I went threw the process got to credit card details then started processing then came back credit card declined then I check my credit card on line then I noticed not only did it declined they charged me any way not once but twice 28.75 then I call telus they give this number I go there for help and then the bot or moderator said my services are suspended like wtf I'm in awe shocked plz can someone help thanks .

Welcome to PM @NewfJigsDinner what happens when you insert the SIM into your phone? Try logging into your self service account. If your phone works try creating one. If the phone doesn't work. What's the make and model of your phone? Thanks. Stay safe.
And sometimes there's a pending credit card charge that goes away overnight.
