Hello I can no longer use my phone due to someone scaming and took my Sim. What do I do I have changed all my passwords. Should I get a new Sim card ?

@Silverwood Best to call around first to local Telus Koodo store for availability as not all stores sell them just the corporate stores do .

First of all, @Silverwood
Go into your self-serve and mark the account as Lost/Stolen. You should find this in your Profile tab area.
If you can't get in to the account (i.e. need 2FA sent), click the "didn't get the code" to get the code to your registered e-mail address.
Then, the user of your SIM card can't use it.
Then, you'll need to acquire a new PM SIM card (or e-SIM) and go to the Profile tab in self-serve to associate it with your account.
Doing this will render the old SIM card unusable.
Afterwards, don't forget to remove the Lost/Stolen designation you set earlier.

@Silverwood Get a new sim card from Amazon or Telus kood store and get support to SIM card swap the number for you and you will keep plan and phone number and have code sent to your new SIM card to log into your account
